The food options were plentiful, I will give them THAT.
I encountered several issues . The air conditioning in the room barely worked. It was uncomfortably warm, especially at night. The beach area also needs improvement.

I had a wonderful vacation. there were many activities for kids throughout the day. The beach is very beautiful and offers many water sports. the evening shows were amazing. My kids really enjoyed them. guest relations was also great. They cared for us well.
the swimming pools had a pleasant 28°c, but the whirlpool could be more enjoyable at a higher temperature of 30°c.

The food was VERY good. You could find ANYTHING you wanted. The hotel has extensive pool areas. Food and drinks were available throughout the day.
The beach area was not of the same standard as the hotel. Poor quality loungers were provided. The canopies did not provide sufficient shade. There were not enough umbrellas.

The pool water temperature was AMAZING!!! There were plenty of activities available for both adults and children. The Land of Legends park is only a short ten minute trip away. The housekeeper came daily to clean my room.
The beach area did not quite match the high standards of the hotel. Loungers were of poor quality, and there was insufficient shade. The pier remained closed for my entire stay. I found it disappointing.

The hotel provides many food options, ensuring everyone can find something they enjoy. I observed the kumpir was particularly delicious, prepared by Mr Adem, and the shawarma, crafted by Mr Cemal, was really good.
